About the role
We are looking for two experienced HR professionals to join our People Team on a permanent and 12-month FTC basis. These are full-time roles, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work in a way that is best for you, with at least 2 days a week attending your nearest Guide Dogs office, including travel to other Guide Dogs sites across the UK as required for the role.
The ideal individuals will have proven exposure to aligning HR strategies and interventions with overall organisational strategy and supporting effective implementation of organisational change (including consultation) and project implementation. It is a really exciting time to join our People Team, and this role brings scope to put in place a range of initiatives that will make a huge difference to the Guide Dogs workforce.
