The Salesforce Developer helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by working as part of our newly forming cross functional product teams, initially supporting a large-scale programme of work to improve our technology stack. The successful candidate will go on to ensure that we are able to respond to business change and take advantage of technology developments.

While we follow Salesforce strategic principles of accessibility first, config over code, and buy over build, we know we will need business-focussed Salesforce developers that can design and develop the customisations, configurations and integrations needed. This will ensure we are using our technology as effectively as we can to meet both our internal and external customer needs.

This role is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with 26 days paid holiday (excluding bank holidays) a year.

We offer a generous pension scheme, life assurance and enhanced pay for parenting and sickness leave. In addition, we provide an Employee Assistance Programme, flexible benefits package and discounts and cashback scheme to care for our people.

More details about this role, the Organisation and the recruitment process can be found in the attached candidate pack and job description.
